Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 53, 1-(2-(phenylthio)acetyl)indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 66, 74 mg, 0.21 mmol) was converted to the title compound (40 mg, 52%) after purification using preparative HPLC. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.43-7.33 (m, 6H), 7.21 (t, J=7.2. Hz, 1H), 6.90 (s, 2H), 6.36 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 3.53 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 2H), 3.39 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 2H), 3.19 (t, J=6.9 Hz, 2H), 2.94 (t, J=8.6 Hz, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 335.1 (M+H)+.
