Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 64, indoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 54A, 300 mg, 1.51 mmol) and 6-chloropicolinic acid (262 mg, 1.66 mmol) were converted to the title compound (250 mg, 49%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 8.69 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.15-8.13 (m, 2H), 7.72-7.67 (m, 3H), 7.27 (s, 2H), 4.11 (t, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 3.17 (t, J=8.4 Hz, 2H); MS(ESI+) m/z 338.1 (M+H)+.
