Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 53, 1-acetyl-5-bromoindoline-6-sulfonamide (Intermediate 60A, 110 mg, 0.34 mmol) was converted to the title compound (53 mg, 50%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.34 (s, 1H), 7.32 (s, 2H), 7.00 (s, 1H), 3.41 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 3.14 (q, J=7.1 Hz, 2H), 2.95 (t, J=8.5 Hz, 2H), 1.10 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H); MS(ESI+) m/z 307.1 (M+H)+.
