Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 54, 7-bromo-1-ethylindoline-5-sulfonamide (Intermediate 76, 140 mg, 0.46 mmol) was converted to the title compound (45 mg, 31%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 8.04 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 7.77 (d, J=1.5 Hz, 1H), 7.63 (d, J=3.1 Hz, 1H), 7.26 (s, 2H), 6.72 (d, J=3.3 Hz, 1H), 4.60 (q, J=7.1 Hz, 2H), 1.38 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H); MS(ESI+) m/z 305.2 (M+H)+.
