Following a procedure analogous to that for the synthesis of Intermediate 91F, ethyl 2-(4-chloro-3-(dipropylamino)-5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-5-(8-chloronaphthalen-2-ylsulfonylcarbamoyl)benzoate (76 mg, 0.12 mmol) was converted to the title compound and used in the subsequent step without purification. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 9.14 (d, J=1.8 Hz, 1H), 8.67 (s, 1H), 8.19 (td, J=8.5, 2.2 Hz, 2H), 8.01 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.69 (dd, J=7.4, 1.0 Hz, 1H), 7.62-7.54 (m, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 3.59-3.41 (m, 6H), 2.14 (s, 3H), 1.73-1.50 (m, 4H), 0.91 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 6H); MS(ESI+) m/z 603.1 (M+H)+.
