(S)-3-Amino-1-o-tolylazepan-2-one trifluoroacetate (17 mg, 0.051 mmol) was synthesized as described for the preparation of Intermediate 62 using N-allyl-2-methylaniline in step A. Anal. Calcd. for C13H18N2O m/z 218.2. found: 219.1 (M+H)+.
