Using similar reaction conditions as described in step-ii of example-1, 5-bromo-3-(1-(3-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-tosyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine (100 mg, 0.19 mmol) was coupled with N-(3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl) methane sulfonamide (intermediate 3) (84.8 mg, 0.285 mmol) in sodium carbonate (60.5 mg, 0.57 mmol), bis(triphenyl phosphine)palladium(ii) dichloride (13.3 mg, 0.019 mmol) and toluene/ethanol/water (12/6/2 ml) to afford 106 mg of the crude product which was taken as such for next step. MS: m/z=615.7 (M+1).
