Using similar reaction conditions as described in step-ii of example-1, N-(3-(3-iodo-1-tosyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl) methane sulfonamide (intermediate 34) (55 mg, 0.485 mmol) was coupled with 1-(3-fluorobenzyl)-3,5-dimethyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (intermediate-16) (57.8 mg, 0.175 mmol) in sodium carbonate (28 mg, 0.263 mmol), Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 (3.0 mg, 0.0043 mmol), Toluene/ethanol/water (10/5/2 ml) to give 40 mg (64.5% yield) of titled compound. MS: m/z=704.2 (M+1).
