Using similar reaction conditions as described in step-iii of example-33, tert-butyl 4-(3-(3-(1-(3-fluorobenzyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-1-tosyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)phenyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (compound of step-i of example-33) (130 mg, 0.184 mmol) was deprotected using methanol/HCl in dioxane (5/5 mL) to give 86 mg, (72.8%) of the titled compound.
