Reaction Steps

Using similar reaction conditions as described in step-ii of example-1, tert-butyl 4-(4-(3-iodo-1-tosyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)phenyl)piperazine-1-carboxylate (intermediate 41) (125 mg, 0.189 mmol) was coupled with 1-(3-ethoxybenzyl)-3,5-dimethyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (intermediate 46) (81.13 mg, 0.227 mmol) in sodium carbonate (60.1 mg, 0.567 mmol), Pd(PPh3)2Cl2 (6.6 mg, 0.0095 mmol), toluene/ethanol/water (3/5/1 ml) to give 140 mg of titled compound. MS: m/z=761.0 (M+1).
