3-Amino-5-cyclopentanecarbonylthiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester and dimethoxymethyldimethylamine were reacted by method B. The product with the molecular weight of 308.40 (C15H20N2O3S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 309 (M+H+).
