Following the general procedure outlined in Example 3, 1-azabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-4-yl(diphenyl)methanol (0.0916 g, 0.312 mmol) and 2-(2-bromoethyl)-1H-isoindole-1,3(2H)-dione (0.130 g, 0.512 mmol) in 2 CH3CN/3 CHCl3 (4.0 mL) were reacted to give the desired product (0.0881 g, 51.8%). EI-MS m/z 467(M+) Rt (1.91 min).
