Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (3-methoxybenzyl)magnesium chloride and 4-iodo-N-methoxy-N-methylbenzamide following the procedure outlined for Intermediate 1. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 7.84 (d, 2H), 7.77 (d, 2H), 7.17 (t, 1H), 7.10 (t, 1H), 6.88-6.83 (m, 2H), 6.77-6.65 (m, 4H), 5.17 (t, 1H), 3.68 (s, 3H), 3.66 (s, 3H), 3.38 (dd, 1H), 2.96 (dd, 1H).
