Reaction Steps

The product from Example 196 (10 mg, 0.021 mmol) was treated with 10% Pd/C (5 mg) in MeOH (5 mL) under H2 (1 atm) for 12 hrs. The mixture was filtered, and washed with MeOH, concentrated, and the resulting residue was purified by HPLC (conditions from Example 10C) to afford 1.8 mg of the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 11.97-11.79 (br s, 1H), 8.96 (dd, J=4.5, 1.6, 2H), 8.52 (d, J=8.1, 1H), 8.39 (d, J=7.1, 1H), 8.12 (dd, J=12.0, 4.9, 1H), 8.03 (t, J=7.2, 1H), 7.96 (dd, J=4.5, 1.6, 2H), 7.41 (d, J=8.5, 2H), 7.29 (d, J=8.4, 2H), 3.68 (s, 2H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 455 (M+H)+.
