The synthetic procedure of this compound is analogous to EXAMPLE 5 wherein 2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-5-methyl-3-(methylthio)-7-neopentyl-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-4,6(5H,7H)-dione is used instead of 2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-5-methyl-7-neopentyl-3-(phenylthio)-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine-4,6(5H,7H)-dione, and 2-(4-(chloromethyl)phenyl)-1-methylpiperidine is used instead of 1-(4-(bromomethyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole. MS (ESI) m/z 439.2 [M+H]+.
