Reaction Steps
To a solution of Compound 314 (20 mg) and TEA (15 μL) in DCM was added ethanesulfonyl chloride (10 μL). After stirring at room temperature for 1 hour, the reaction was quenched with saturated aqueous NaHCO3. The organic phase was separated and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4. Evaporation under reduced pressure gave Compound 461. LC/MS (+ESI) m/z 476.2 [M+H]+.
