The procedure used for the preparation of Example 24, Step 2 was used to prepare the title compound from N-(8-hydroxy-2,3-dihydroimidazo[1,2-c]quinazolin-5-yl)-2,4-dimethyl-1,3-thiazole-5-carboxamide (Step 1) and 1-(chloromethyl)-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzene (15 mg, 51%). TLC: Rf 0.93 in 10% MeOH/CH2Cl2, HPLC MS RT=2.27 min, MH+=510.1; 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ: 2.80 (3H, s), 2.86 (3H, s), 3.39 (3H, s), 4.30-4.35 (2H, m), 4.50-4.54 (2H, m), 5.56 (2H, s), 7.39 (1H, d), 7.87 (2H, d), 7.95 (1H, s), 8.11 (2H, d), 8.50 (1H, d).
