To a solution of 5-chloro-N2-(4-(1-ethylpiperidin-4-yl)-2-fluoro-5-methylphenyl)-N4-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidine-2,4-diamine (22.2 mg, 0.05 mmol) in DCM (10 mL) and MeOH (1 mL) was added MCPBA (11.2 mg, 0.07 mmol). The reaction was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction mixture was partitioned between DCM and saturated aqueous NaHCO3, the combined organic extracts were dried (Na2SO4), and concentrated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by RP-HPLC to afford 4-(4-(5-chloro-4-(5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)-5-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-1-ethylpiperidine-1-oxide;
