To a solution of Example 89G (0.25 g, 0.61 mmol) in toluene (10 mL) was added Lawesson's Reagent (0.25 g, 0.61 mmol, Aldrich) and stirred at 80° C. for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was then cooled and concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography using an Analogix® Intelliflash280™ (SiO2, 0-50% ethyl acetate in hexanes) to afford 0.18 g (70%) of the title compound. MS (ESI+) m/z 425 (M+H)+
