Procedure
A mixture of N-[(3-aminooxetan-3-yl)methyl]-2-(9-fluoro-1,1-dioxido-2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzothiazepin-4(5H)-yl)-6-methylquinolin-4-amine (20 mg, 0.044 mmol, prepared in analogy to Example 1-4) and sodium methoxide (24 mg, 0.44 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) was heated with stirring in a sealed 5 mL of microwave process via for 20 minutes at 100° C. under microwave irradiation. The resulting mixture was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by preparative HPLC to afford 6 mg of the product (yield was 29%). MS obsd. (ESI+) [(M+H)+] 469, 1H NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD) δ ppm 7.67 (s, 1 H), 7.62-7.52 (m, 1 H), 7.47 (d, J=8.59 Hz, 1 H), 7.41 (d, J=7.07 Hz, 1 H), 7.31 (dd, J=8.46, 1.89 Hz, 1 H), 7.16 (d, J=7.83 Hz, 1 H), 5.99 (s, 1 H), 5.08 (s, 2 H), 4.63-4.49 (m, 4 H), 4.31 (t, J=5.56 Hz, 2 H), 3.98-3.81 (m, 5 H), 3.54 (s, 2 H), 2.43 (s, 3 H).
