Procedure
3-(4-Bromo-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.032 g, 0.12 mmol) was treated with 3-methoxyphenyl isocyanate (0.018 g, 16.0 μL, 0.14 mmol, 1.05 equiv.) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL), in a similar manner as described in Example 1.10 to afford Compound 72 (0.047 g, 0.11 mmol, 94%) as a solid film. LCMS m/z (%)=431 (M+H79Br, 100), 433 (M+H81Br, 93). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.13 (s, 2H), 7.68 (d, J=8.9 Hz, 1H), 7.49 (s, 1H), 7.43 (s, 1H), 7.30 (s, 1H), 7.16 (d, J=8.1 Hz, 1H), 7.12 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 6.98 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 3.81 (s, 3H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 3.68 (s, 3H).
