Procedure
3-(4-Bromo-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.033 g, 0.12 mmol) was treated with benzoyl isocyanate (0.020 g, 0.12 mmol, 1.05 equiv.) in CH2Cl2 (1 mL), in a similar manner as described in Example 1.2 to afford Compound 73 (0.036 g, 0.08 mmol, 72%) as a white solid. LCMS m/z (%)=429 (M+H79Br, 99), 431 (M+H81Br, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 10.92 (s, 1H), 9.85 (s, 1H), 8.12 (d, J=7.4 Hz, 2H), 7.76 (dd, J=2.6, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.68 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 7.62 (d, J=2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.57 (t, J=7.8 Hz, 2H), 7.51 (s, 1H), 7.21 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 3.86 (s, 3H), 3.71 (s, 3H).
