3-(4-Chloro-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine was treated with 2-trifluoromethoxyphenyl isocyanate in a similar manner as described in Example 1.53, providing 1.5 mg (3%) of Compound 34: LCMS m/z (%)=440 (M+H37Cl, 14), 438 (M+H35Cl, 14). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.19 (s, 1H), 7.90 (s, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 7.25 (s, 1H), 7.04 (t, J=12 Hz, 2H), 6.99 (dd, J1=8 Hz, H2=2 Hz, 1H), 6.75 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 6.72 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 6.66 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 3.63 (s, 3H), 3.45 (s, 3H).
