Procedure
3-(4-Chloro-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine was treated with 2,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate in a similar manner as described in Example 1.53, providing 16.4 mg (24%) of Compound 77 (Note: Compound 77 did not precipitate out. Therefore, the CH2Cl2 was removed under reduced pressure, the residue was dissolved in 5 mL DMSO, and purified by preparative HPLC): LCMS m/z (%)=427 (M+H37Cl, 72), 425 (M+H35Cl, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.85 (s, 1H), 8.26 (dd, J1=12 Hz, J2=4 Hz, 1H) 7.90 (s, 1H), 7.59 (dd, J1=8 Hz, J2=4 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, J=4 Hz, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.36 (s, 1H), 7.24 (dd, J1=12 Hz, J2=4 Hz, 1H), 7.05 (d, J=8 Hz, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.56 (s, 3H).
