To a solution of 3-(2-isopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.1 g, 0.433 mmol) in CH2Cl2, was added 3,4-difluoro phenyl isocyanate (0.067 g, 0.476 mmol) and stirred overnight. The resulting precipitate was filtered and washed with methylene chloride/hexane (1:1), and dried in vacuo to yield Compound 46 as a colorless solid (0.078 g, 42%). LCMS m/z (%)=387 M+H+, (100), 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.45 (bs, 1H), 8.27 (bs, 1H), 7.65-7.59 (m, 3H), 7.485 (d, J=2.56 Hz, 1H), 7.228-7.009 (m, 4H), 6.245 (d, J=1.73 Hz, 1H), 4.36 (m, 1H), 3.82 (s, 3H), 1.418 (d, J=6.61 Hz, 6H).
