To a solution of 3-(4-chloro-2-isopropyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine (0.1 g, 0.433 mmol) in CH2Cl2, was added 4-chloro-phenyl isocyanate (0.073 g, 0.476 mmol) and stirred overnight. The resulting precipitate was filtered and washed with methylene chloride/hexane (1:1), and dried in vacuo to yield Compound 45 as a colorless solid (0.097 g, 54%). LCMS m/z (%)=421 M+H+ (37Cl, 53), 419 M+H+ (35Cl, 27) 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ: 7.689 (bs, 2H), 7.617 (s, 11=1), 7.460 (d, J=2.62 Hz, 1H), 7.438 (d, J=2.52 Hz, 1H), 7.22-7.28 (m, 3H), 6.947 (d, J=8.93 Hz, 1H) 4.245 (m, 1H), 3.808 (s, 3H), 1.575 (d, J=6.35 Hz, 3H), 1.381 (d, J=6.35 Hz, 3H).
