Reaction Steps
In a manner analogous to that described in Example 92, from 0.15 g of N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-L-phenylalanine, 0.066 g of hydroxybenzotriazole, 0.1 g of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 0.166 g of N2 -[3(S)-amino-2(R)-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyl]-N1 -tert.butyl-L-prolinamide there was obtained 0.1 g of N2 -[3(S)-[N-(benzyloxycarbonyl)-L-phenylalanyl]amino]-2(R)-hydroxy-4-phenylbutyl]-N1 -tert.butyl-L-prolinamide as a white solid of melting point 78°-80° C.
