The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of compound 152 and using propionohydrazide instead of acetohydrazide. m/z (ES+) 454 (M+H)+. 1H NMR (400 MHz, Chloroform-d) δ 7.75-7.43 (m, 3H), 7.40-7.17 (m, 3H), 5.18-4.81 (m, 1H), 4.30-3.91 (m, 1H), 3.84-3.55 (m, 1H), 3.21-2.99 (m, 1H), 2.92-2.69 (m, 4H), 2.40 and 2.32 (2 singlets, amide rotamers, ArCH3, 3H), 2.25-1.84 (m, 7H), 1.83-1.42 (m, 3H), 1.32 (t, 3H).
