Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of 4-(1-(4-cyclobutyl-2-methyl-5-(5-methyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoyl)piperidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (compound 152), using (S)-tetrahydrofuran-2-carbohydrazide (compound 172.1) in place of acetohydrazide. m/z (ES+) 496 (M+H)+.
