The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of 4-(1-(2,4-diethyl-5-(5-(2-methoxyethyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoyl)piperidin-4-yl)benzonitrile (compound 209) but using tetrahydrofuran-3-carbohydrazide (compound 38.2) instead of 3-methoxypropanehydrazide (compound 143.1). m/z (ES+) 484.05 (M+H)+.
