The desired compound was prepared according to the procedure of Example D94 using N-[6-chloro-2,4,8,18,22-pentaazatetracyclo[14.3.1.1(3,7).1(9,13)]docosa-1(20),3(22),4,6,9(21),10,12,16,18-nonaen-12-yl]-2-[(3S)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]acetamide tris(trifluoroacetate) and 5-methylisoxazole-3-carbonyl chloride as the starting materials in 76% yield. LCMS for C28H28ClN8O3 (M+H)+: m/z=559.0.
