Following the procedure as described in PREPARATION 1D, and making non-critical variations to replace 4-bromo-3-hydroxy-3-(6-hydroxy-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-1-pentyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one with 3-(4-bromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxy-1-pentyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one, the title compound was obtained (91%) as a white powder: 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.40 (t, 1H), 7.31 (d, 1H) 7.24-7.23 (m, 2H), 7.01-6.91 (m, 2H), 6.74 (d, 1H), 5.05 (br, 1H), 3.80-3.65 (m, 2H), 1.75-1.63 (m, 2H), 1.38-1.29 (m, 4H), 0.88 (t, 3H); MS (ES+) m/z 374.4 (M+1), 376.4 (M+1).
