Following the procedure as described in EXAMPLE 1.28, and making non-critical variations using 1′-(diphenylmethyl)-5-hydroxyspiro[1-benzofuran-3,3′-indol]-2′(1′H)-one to replace 1′-(diphenylmethyl)-5′-methylspiro[furo[2,3-f][1,3]benzodioxole-7,3′-indol]-2′(1′H)-one, the title compound was obtained (48%) as a white solid: 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 10.58 (s, 1H), 8.85 (s, 1H), 7.21 (dt, 1H), 7.06 (d, 1H), 6.94 (dd, 1H), 6.89 (d, 1H), 6.72 (d, 1H), 6.54 (dd, 1H), 6.02 (d, 1H), 4.70 (d, 1H), 4.57 (d, 1H); MS (ES+) m/z 254.2 (M+1).
