Example 45 was synthesized following a similar procedure described in the synthesis of Example 5 by reaction of compound 2A and 1,1-dimethylhydrazine. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.66 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 7.58 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 6.99 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 3.33 (s, 3H) 3.08 (s, 3H) 2.60 (s, 6H). [M+H] calc'd for C15H17FIN5O3, 462. found, 462.
