As described for example 86, (5-methyl-3-phenyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-methanol (100 mg, 0.53 mmol) was converted, using 6-chloro-3-methyl-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine instead of 6-chloro-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-b]pyridazine, to the title compound (70 mg, 41%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=322.3 [M+H]+.
