As described for example 112a, 6-[3-(5-chloro-pyridin-2-yl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (1.82 g, 4.9 mmol) was converted, instead of 5-[3-(4-chloro-phenyl)-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-pyrazine-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester, to the title compound (1.57 g, 93%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=345.3 [M−H]−.
