The procedure described in Example 23 was repeated using 3-(2-chloroethoxy)-N-{3-methyl-4-[(6-methylpyridin-3-yl)oxy]phenyl}-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine and morpholine to give the title compound in 9% yield; NMR Spectrum: 2.19 (s, 3H), 2.44 (s, 3H), 2.50 (hidden by DMSO, 4H), 2.81 (t, 2H), 3.55 (br s, 4H), 4.45 (t, 2H), 6.95 (d, 1H), 7.18-7.25 (m, 2H), 7.60 (d, 1H), 7.65 (s, 1H), 8.16 (s, 1H), 8.30 (s, 1H), 8.32 (s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: 462 (MH+).
