The procedure described in Example 23 was repeated using 3-(3-chloropropoxy)-N-[3-chloro-4-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine and N-acetylpiperazine to give the title compound in 14% yield; NMR Spectrum: 1.97 (s, 3H), 1.97-2.01 (m, 2H), 2.31 (t, 2H), 2.38 (t, 2H), 2.45 (t, 2H), 3.33-3.40 (m, 4H), 4.35 (t, 2H), 5.29 (s, 2H), 7.23 (d, 1H), 7.37 (t, 1H), 7.54-7.58 (m, 2H), 7.86-7.90 (m, 2H), 8.27 (s, 1H), 8.45 (br s, 1H), 8.60 (d, 1H); Mass Spectrum: 537 (MH+).
