The procedure described in Example 23 was repeated using 3-(2-chloroethoxy)-N-[3-chloro-4-(pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)phenyl]-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (prepared as described in Example 13) and 4-fluoropiperidine to give the title compound in 38% yield; NMR Spectrum: 1.68-1.72 (m, 2H), 1.78-1.87 (m, 2H), 2.41-2.44 (m, 2H), 2.62-2.66 (m, 2H), 2.81 (t, 2H), 4.42 (t, 2H), 4.65 (dm, 1H), 5.29 (s, 2H), 7.24 (d, 1H), 7.36-7.38 (m, 1H), 7.55-7.58 (m, 2H), 7.85-7.91 (m, 2H), 8.29 (s, 1H), 8.51 (s, 1H), 8.59 (d, 1H); Mass Spectrum: 498 (MH+).
