The procedure described in Example 55 was repeated using 2-{[4-({4-[(3-fluorobenzyl)oxy]-3-methylphenyl}amino)-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-3-yl]oxy}ethyl methanesulfonate (prepared as described in Example 21) and N-ethylpiperazine to give the title compound in 57% yield; NMR Spectrum: 0.95 (t, 3H), 2.26 (s, 3H), 2.26-2.55 (m, 10H), 2.77 (t, 2H), 4.41 (t, 2H), 5.16 (s, 2H), 7.00 (d, 1H), 7.16 (td, 1H), 7.30 (m, 2H), 7.43 (m, 3H), 8.17 (s, 1H), 8.24 (s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: 506 (MH+).
