Reaction Steps
Prepared analogously to Example 1f from 4-(4-N-Boc-piperazin-1-yl)-3-trifluoromethyl-benzoic acid, TBTU, NMM and (1S)-1-(5-chloro-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)ethylamine in NMP and subsequent purification by chromatography on silica gel (eluant: petroleum ether/ethyl acetate=50:50).
