The title compound was prepared following procedure described in example 36, step c) from methyl 5-[{4-[(4-butylphenyl)ethynyl]benzyl}(cyclopropylmethyl)amino]-2-fluorobenzoate (200 mg; 0.43 mmol) and obtained quantitatively (200 mg) as a white powder. HPLC, Rt: 5.45 min (purity: 97.7%), LC/MS, M−(ESI): 454.1, 1H M (MeOD) δ: 7.24-7.42 (m, 5H), 7.22 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 2H), 7.15 (d, J=7.7 Hz, 2H), 7.01 (d, J=7.9 Hz, 2H), 4.64 (s, 2H), 3.36 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 2H), 2.59 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 2H), 1.57 (m, 2H), 1.34 (m, 2H), 1.21 (m, 1H), 0.91 (t, J=7.3 Hz, 3H), 0.50 (m, 2H), 0.21 (m, 2H).
