To a stirred solution of 12 (2.29 mmol) in pyridine (5 ml) at 0° C., was added tert-butyldimethylsilyl chloride (2.75 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 24 hours. It was then diluted in DCM and washed twice with H2O. The organic phase was extracted, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated.
