Reaction Steps
1-(3,5-dibromo-phenyl)-ethanone and (S)-(−)-2-methyl-CBS-oxazaborolidine were reacted as described in Example 35, Step 1 to provide (R)-1-(3,5-dibromo-phenyl)-ethanol.
