Reaction Steps
Using tert-butyl ({5-bromo-1-[(3-chlorophenyl)sulfonyl]-1H-pyrrol-3-yl}methyl)methylcarbamate (1 g), 3-thienylboronic acid (553 mg), sodium carbonate (687 mg) and tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (374 mg), a procedure as in Reference Example 56 was performed to give the title compound as a pale-yellow oil (yield 712 mg, 71%).
