The title compound is synthesized by coupling of 4-(2-Methoxy-ethoxy)-piperidine (commercially available from ChemBridge Corporation) and bromoacetonitrile analogously to the preparation of intermediate 149.2 as a colorless oil; ES-MS: M+=199.2; 1HNMR(DMSO-d6) 3.65 (s, 2H), 3.50 (dd, 2H), 3.40 (dd, 2H), 3.30-3.25 (m, 1H), 3.20 (s, 3H), 2.70-2.60 (m, 2H), 2.25-2.20 (m, 2H), 1.85-1.80 (m, 2H), 1.50-1.40 (m, 2H).
