The product of Example 47, and 1-methylpiperidin-4-ylamine were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4,8-bis-(2-chloro-phenyl)-2-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-ylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.42 (m, 2H), 1.79 (m, 4H), 2.25 (s, 3H), 2.75 (m, 2H), 3.15 (m, 1H), 5.33 (s, 1H), 6.39 (d, 1H, J=9.8 Hz), 7.24-7.59 (m, 9H). LC MS (m/e)=480 (MH+).
