Prepared as described above in Example 60 starting from 8-(2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-methanesulfonyl-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one and 2-aminoethanol to give the title compound 8-(2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ 1.92 (s, 61-1), 2.12 (s, 3H), 2.95 (br s, 2H), 3.30 (br s, 2H), 3.45 (br s, 1H), 6.31 (d, 1H, J=9,7 Hz), 6.92 (m, 2H), 7.17 (m, 5H). LC MS (m/e)=419.4 (MH+). Rt=1.84 min
