The product of Example 122, and serinol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 8-(2,6-dimethyl-phenyl)-4-(4-fluoro-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3): δ 1.91 (s, 6H), 2.14 (s, 3H), 3.45 (br s, 4H), 3.93 (br s, 1H), 6.20 (br s, 1H), 6.31 (d, 1H, J=9.7 Hz), 6.93 (m, 2H), 7.11 (m, 5H). LC MS (m/e)=449.0 (MH+). Rt=1.62 min
