Reaction Steps
A solution of the product of Example 48 (150 mg, 0.34 mmol) and 2-methoxy-ethylamine (0.09 mL, 1.01 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was stirred 23° for 16 h. The mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with H2O to give the crude material, which was purified as described in Example 198 to give the desired product 70 mg (47%). LC-MS: 441.2 (MH+, m/z), 2.10 (Rt, min)
